I just finished reading "Disordered Minds - How Dangerous Personalities are Destroying Democracy"by Ian Hughes and I must say it is a fascinating must-read for anyone trying to make sense of our world today. 

By using examples such as Hitler, Mao, and other horrific figures throughout history and analyzing their behavior and mindset and comparing them with modern-day psychopathic and narcissistic "leaders," one can easily see how today's world is not only repeating history but doomed to repeat it unless bold action is taken. Democracy's role is to protect society from the harm of such individuals (about 1% of our population), but what if democracy is weakened? It's a short, quick, but fascinating read. If we aren't aware of what's happening, we cannot prevent it. Please read it and tell your friends.
